Gear oil plays the role of transmitting working pressure, moistening, water cooling and sealing in the hydraulic transmission system. Improper selection of gear oil is the key reason for the common faults in the initial stage of the hydraulic transmission system and the degradation of its service performance. Gear oil should be selected according to the type required in the manual. When the substitute oil is needed in special cases, the performance of the gear oil should be the same as that of the original brand. Hydraulic oils of different grades can not be mixed to prevent chemical reaction and performance change of hydraulic oils. Dark brown, Milky white, odorous hydraulic oil is deteriorated oil, can not be used.
Preventing solid impurities from mixing into hydraulic system
Cleaning gear oil is the life of hydraulic transmission system. There are many high-precision couples in the hydraulic transmission system, some with small circular holes, some with clearances and so on. If solid residue intrudes, it will lead to contusion of high precision couples, opening of cards, blocking of oil passages, etc., which seriously endangers the safe operation of hydraulic transmission system. Usually solid residue invades the hydraulic transmission system in the following ways: gear oil is not clean; special tools for oil supply are not clean; oil supply and maintenance, maintenance is not careful; scraping of hydraulic parts, etc. It can avoid solid residue intrusion into system software from the following aspects:
Gear oil must be carefully filled, and special tools for oil supply should be cleaned up by spectrum. It is not possible to remove the filter at the feeding port of the automobile fuel tank in order to increase the feeding rate. Oil workers should use neat rubber gloves and work clothing to prevent solid residues and chemical fiber residues from falling into the oil.
During maintenance, the position of hydraulic tank feeding cap, filter cap, inspection hole and hydraulic oil pipe should be disassembled and assembled, which will lead to the system software oil duct to be exposed around the site dust, and the disassembly position should be cleaned completely before it can be opened. For example, when disassembling and assembling the hydraulic oil tank to the oil cap, first remove the soil around the oil cap, after screwing off the oil cap, remove the remaining debris in the joint position (can not be washed with water to avoid water infiltration into the oil tank), confirm that the oil tank cap can be opened after cleaning. When wiping materials and hammers are needed, special wiping materials and hammers that do not remove impurities from fibers should be selected. Hydraulic components and hydraulic rubber pipes shall be cleaned carefully and assembled after being dried by high-pressure air. Choose the well-packed filter element (the inner packaging is damaged, although the filter element is intact, it may also be unclean). When changing oil, clean the filter at the same time. Before installing the filter element, carefully clean the dirt at the bottom of the filter housing with wiping materials.
Cleaning of Hydraulic System
Cleaning oil must be applied with gear oil of the same type as commonly used in system software. The oil temperature is between 45 ~80 C, and the residue in system software should be removed as far as possible with large total flow rate. Hydraulic transmission system should be cleaned up many times or so, after each cleanup, when the oil is hot, all of them are released from the system. After cleaning, clean the filter, replace the filter element and fill in new oil.
Prevent air intrusion into hydraulic system
Hydraulic oil contains air with a volume ratio of 6 to 8% at normal pressure and temperature. When pressure decreases, air will be free from the oil. Bubble breakdown causes cavitation of hydraulic components and produces noise. A large amount of air entering into the oil will aggravate the cavitation phenomenon, increase the compressibility of hydraulic oil, work instability, reduce work efficiency, and have adverse consequences such as working crawl of the executive components. In addition, air can also oxidize the hydraulic oil and accelerate the deterioration of the oil. To prevent air intrusion, the following points should be paid attention to:
1. After repairing and changing oil, the air in the system should be excluded according to the stipulation of the random "instruction book", so as to work normally.
2. The nozzle of the suction pipe of the hydraulic oil pump shall not be exposed to the oil surface, and the suction pipe shall be well sealed.
3. The seal of the driving shaft of the oil pump should be good, and attention should be paid to the use of genuine lip oil seals when replacing the oil seals at this place. It can not be replaced by single lip oil seals, because single lip oil seals can only seal oil unilaterally and do not have the function of sealing gas. Excessive moisture in oil will make hydraulic components rust, oil emulsification deterioration, lubricant film strength decrease, and accelerate mechanical wear. In addition to preventing moisture intrusion during maintenance, attention should also be paid to tightening the cover when oil storage barrel is not in use, and it is best to put it upside down. Oil with large moisture content should be filtered many times, and drying filter paper should be replaced once for each filtration, without special instruments for inspection.
